INGREDIENTS


  • 8 strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Brown Sugar Bacon
  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup milk

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 375F.
Cook bacon according to package directions. Split English muffins, toast and keep warm. 
In large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Spray 4 (6-ounce) custard cups with cooking spray. Divide egg mixture among cups and microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until set. Assemble sandwich as desired.
