Japanese Pork Stir-fry

 

INGREDIENTS


DIRECTIONS


1. Cut pork tenderloin into 1-inch pieces, reserving accumulated juices.
2. In wok or skillet, heat pork and juices over medium-high heat. Stir-fry until lightly browned; add vegetables. Stir-fry 1 minute.
3. Add teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
