INGREDIENTS


  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces HORMEL® Pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 large yellow tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Garnish: fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS


1. Stack red tomato, mozzarella, a slice of pepperoni and teaspoon of pesto. 
2. Repeat, alternating yellow and red tomato slices. 
3. Top with remaining pesto, fresh basil and balsamic drizzle.
