Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 8-oz. can pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Stir-Fry Sauce
  • Crushed red pepper

DIRECTIONS


1. Cube chicken breasts, then stir-fry. Chop mushrooms, onion and peppers, then add them and pineapple to your stir-fry.
2. Add 1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Stir-Fry Sauce, then crushed red pepper to taste.
3. Cook until the sauce begins to bubble. Serve immediately.
