Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil or canola oil
  • 1 ½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup matchstick carrots
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • ⅓ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Sauce
  • Cooked white rice

DIRECTIONS


1. In large wok or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over high heat.
2. Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside.
3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper and onion slices and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp tender.
4. Return shrimp to wok and add classic sauce and cook, tossing constantly, 1 minute. Serve over rice.
