¼ | cup dried breadcrumbs |
1 | large egg, lightly beaten |
3 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Szechuan Spicy Stir-fry Sauce |
¼ | teaspoon pepper |
4 | hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls, split |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok Peanut Sauce |
Cucumber slices | |

Directions
Prepare grill for direct medium heat.
In large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, stir-fry sauce and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
Grill patties, turning halfway through grilling, 10 to 12 minutes or until no pink remains. Toast buns on grill. Spread buns with peanut sauce. Serve patties in buns with cucumber and red onion.
