Ingredients
| 1 | tablespoon vegetable oil |
| 1½ | pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Flavor Pork Tenderloin, cut into thin strips |
| 1 | teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot |
| 1 | cup (1 1/2-inch) pieces green onions |
| ½ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir Fry Sauce |
| 4 | cups hot, cooked rice |
| ¼ | cup chopped peanuts |
Directions
In wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and gingerroot; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned.
Add onions to wok; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
Spoon pork mixture over hot rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
