Taco Salad - Family Style

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® Taco Meats Beef Crumbles
  • 1 medium head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (12½-ounce) package nacho tortilla chips, coarsely crush half of them
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (16-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 (4-ounce) cans chopped green chilies
  • 1½ cups Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1 cups CHI-CHI’S® salsa

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat taco meat according to package instructions.
2. In large serving bowl, layer taco meat, lettuce, chips, tomatoes, beans and cheese.
3. In small bowl, combine salad dressing and salsa.
4. Pour over salad or serve on the side.
