Thai Basil Pasta Salad

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (1-pound) box rotini pasta
  • 8 ounces snow peas, trimmed and sliced
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup matchstick carrots
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves, torn
  • ½ cup fresh Thai basil leaves, torn
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Thai Basil Sauce

DIRECTIONS


1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.
2. In large bowl, combine pasta and next 7 ingredients.
3. In small bowl stir together mayonnaise and Thai basil sauce. Stir mixture into pasta mixture, tossing to coat.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
