Zesty Chili Cheese Dip

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 10 ounces pasteurized processed cheese product, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
  • Garnish: sliced jalapeos, chopped fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS


  1. Place chili and next 5 ingredients in 4-quart slow cooker on low.
  2. Cook until melted and creamy (about 2 hours). Top with jalapeños and cilantro, if desired
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
