Hormel® Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Corned Beef Hash
  • 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
In large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in hash, corn, soup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually blend in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in parsley.
