Hormel® Chunk Breast Of Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked, cooled rice
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Hormel® Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced

Directions:
Heat oven to 425°F. Combine rice, Parmesan cheese and egg. Press mixture firmly into 12-inch nonstick pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes. Spread pesto sauce over crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Arrange chicken, tomato and remaining 1/2 cup cheese over pizza. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
