Ingredients:
- 1 (24-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'SĀ® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
- 2 cups water
- 1 (15-ounce) can HormelĀ® Chili No Beans
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
Directions:
- In large saucepan, combine salsa, water and chili. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Place 1/4 cup cheese in bottom of each of 4 bowls; pour soup over cheese. Top with chips, lettuce and sour cream.
