Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Hormel® Real Bacon Pieces
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin cups.
- In bowl, combine flour, bacon pieces, sugar, baking powder, salt and orange peel. Make a well in center. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into center of dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
