Ingredients:

  • 1 Valley Fresh® White Chicken, drained, chunked
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate , undiluted, thawed
  • 1/2 cup celery , diced
  • 4 cups red apples , unpeeled diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise and apple juice concentrate
  2. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat
  3. Chill several hours to allow flavors to blend
