Ingredients:
- 1 Valley Fresh® White Chicken, drained, chunked
- 1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate , undiluted, thawed
- 1/2 cup celery , diced
- 4 cups red apples , unpeeled diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
- Whisk together mayonnaise and apple juice concentrate
- Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat
- Chill several hours to allow flavors to blend
