Ingredients:
- 1 can SPAM® Hot & Spicy, cubed
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetable medley (broccoli, celery, bell peppers and mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In skillet, fry SPAM® Hot & Spicy until brown and crispy.
- Cook rice according to package direction.
- In wok, combine SPAM®, vegetables, rice, soy sauce and black pepper; mix well. Stir-fry until heated thoroughly.
