SPAM Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 can SPAM® Hot & Spicy, cubed
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetable medley (broccoli, celery, bell peppers and mushrooms)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In skillet, fry SPAM® Hot & Spicy until brown and crispy.
  2. Cook rice according to package direction.
  3. In wok, combine SPAM®, vegetables, rice, soy sauce and black pepper; mix well. Stir-fry until heated thoroughly.
