Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 Manny's® Burrito Flour Tortilla
  • 1/2 (7-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Green Jalapenos Whole, each pepper split in half and seeded

Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, olives, cilantro, onions and garlic powder; mix well.
  2. Spread about 1/2 cup cheese mixture on each tortilla. In center of each tortilla, place 6 jalapeño pepper halves lengthwise across tortilla. Roll tortilla up tightly, jelly-roll fashion. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
  3. To serve, cut each tortilla roll into 12 slices.
