Ingredients:
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4.25-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend
- 1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI's® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Directions:
- Prepare grill.
- Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons cream cheese. Top 1/2 of each tortilla with 1/4 cup ham, 1/4 cup chiles and 1/4 cup shredded cheese; fold tortillas in half. Lightly coat both sides of tortillas with cooking spray.
- Grill quesadillas until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together salsa and pineapple.
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges; serve with pineapple salsa.
