Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
- 8 slices HormelĀ® Fully Cooked Bacon, crisply cooked and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 8 large eggs
- 8 (2/3-ounce) slices American pasteurized processed cheese
Directions:
- Bake biscuits according to package directions; keep warm.
- Cook bacon according to package directions.
- In medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- In small bowl, combine eggs, salt and pepper; blend well. Add to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until egg mixture is almost set but still moist.
- Split warm biscuits. Spoon egg mixture evenly onto bottom half of each biscuit. Top each with cheese, bacon and remaining biscuit half.
