Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 8 ounces rigatoni, cooked
  • 1 cup Hormel® Pepperoni, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together spaghetti sauce, basil, lemon peel and pepper; mix well.
  3. Place 1/2 of rigatoni in bottom of baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup pepperoni, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Spoon 1/2 of sauce over cheese. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake rigatoni mixture 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
