Ingredients:
- 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 8 ounces rigatoni, cooked
- 1 cup Hormel® Pepperoni, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir together spaghetti sauce, basil, lemon peel and pepper; mix well.
- Place 1/2 of rigatoni in bottom of baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup pepperoni, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Spoon 1/2 of sauce over cheese. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake rigatoni mixture 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
