Ingredients

 
1 (16.5-ounce) tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 cups white chocolate baking chips
1 tablespoon shortening
1 (20-ounce) package HORMEL® Cinnamon Apples
12 large strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 package blueberries

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Press cookie dough into greased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Place on wire rack to cool.

  3. Heat white chocolate chips and shortening in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted.

  4. Heat cinnamon apples according to package directions. Spread apples and sauce on cooled cookie crust. Layer strawberries and blueberries over apples. Drizzle white chocolate over pizza.
