½ family size bag tortilla chips
1 package LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce, heated according to package directions
¾ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
¼ cup diced red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.

  2. Arrange chips on heatproof platter or baking tray.

  3. Spoon warm BBQ beef over chips. Sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Sprinkle nachos with onion and jalapeño.
