Breakfast Pizza




1 (12-inch) thin style pre-baked pizza crust *
8 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 (18-ounce) package HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Frozen Breakfast Meats Hash
1/2 cup shredded pizza blend cheese

* For testing purposes, MAMA MARY'S® thin & crispy pizza crust was used.


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove pizza crust from package and place on a perforated pizza or sheet pan.
  3. Lightly brush crust with olive oil.
  4. In bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. In large nonstick skillet, melt butter.
  6. Add eggs to skillet and cook over medium heat until soft scrambled; remove from skillet and set aside.
  7. In same skillet, cook hash as package directs.
  8. Combine prepared eggs and hash.
  9. Spoon mixture over pizza crust and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  10. Place pizza in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
