INGREDIENTS


1 (18-ounce) package HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Superfoods Hash
6 corn tostada shells *
6 Eggs, prepared as desired

Toppings: Pico de gallo, sour cream, fresh avocado, guacamole, queso fresco cheese

* Optional: Filling may be used for breakfast burritos or use to top corn tortilla chips for breakfast nachos.

DIRECTIONS


  1. Prepare hash as package directs; set aside.
  2. In same skillet, prepare eggs as desired (fried, over easy or scrambled)
  3. Place prepared hash on each tostada shell.
  4. Top with desired toppings and serve immediately.
