Ingredients

 
1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons HORMEL® Bacon Pieces

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
