¾ | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
¼ | cup almond flour |
½ | teaspoon baking powder |
2 | tablespoons chopped green onions |
½ | cup chopped and cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon |
BLT | |

Mayonnaise, as desired | |
6 | slices cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon |
2 | slices tomato |
2 | lettuce leaves |
Directions
For the Bacon, Cheddar and Green Onion Chaffles
Grease mini waffle maker and preheat.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Fill waffle maker with 1/4 of the mixture at a time. Cook until fully set and golden brown. Remove chaffle from waffle iron.
Set aside. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
For the BLT
Spread mayonnaise on chaffles, as desired. Serve bacon in chaffles topped with tomato slices and lettuce.
