TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes


1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Oven Roasted Turkey, sliced
1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham, sliced
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
1 cup sliced cucumbers
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette; recipe follows

Fresh Herb Vinaigrette (Makes 1 cup):

½ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, oregano or thyme)
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper



1. In 4 individual serving bowls, arrange all ingredients except dressing. Serve with dressing.

Fresh Herb Vinaigrette (Makes 1 cup):
1. In tightly covered container, shake all ingredients. Shake before serving. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
