 
          Savor the flavors of comforting and hearty Fiesta Pork and Squash Soup. Tender cubes of HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet are combined with butternut squash, and a medley of spices to create a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.
Ingredients
| 1 | pound HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet, cut into 1-inch cubes | 
| 1 | teaspoon salt | 
| ½ | teaspoon pepper | 
| 1 | medium onion, chopped | 
| 1 | tablespoon canola oil | 
| 3 | cups reduced-sodium chicken broth | 
| ½ | small butternut squash, peeled and cubed | 
| 2 | medium carrots, sliced | 
| 1 | can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained | 
| 1 | tablespoon chili powder | 
| 1 | teaspoon ground cumin | 
| 1 | teaspoon dried oregano | 
Directions
- Season pork with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high and brown pork in 2 batches. 
- Transfer pork to a 5-quart slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
