Gnocchi Skillet with Ham and Peas

INGREDIENTS


2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8-ounce) package NATURAL CHOICE® Deli Ham, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
¾ cup water
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 (17.5-ounce) package potato gnocchi
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream

DIRECTIONS


In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until softened. Add ham, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until ham is lightly browned. Add water and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add gnocchi, stir well, cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until gnocchi are tender. Stir in peas, cheese and cream.
