
Ingredients
2 | tablespoons butter |
3 | medium sweet onions, sliced (about 4 cups) |
2 | teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon |
1 | (12-inch) prebaked pizza shell |
½ | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | (2.5-ounce) package HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces |
½ | cup crumbled blue cheese |
½ | cup chopped toasted walnuts |
Directions
In large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add onions and bouillon; cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until onions are softened and golden.
Top pizza shell with mozzarella cheese, onions and bacon pieces. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.
Place grill grate 4 to 5 inches over coals. Prepare grill for direct medium heat.
Place pizza on grill grate; close grill. Grill 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
