Ham-Cranberry-Brie Crostini with Balsamic Glaze is an irresistible appetizer that brings together HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, creamy Brie cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce on crispy baguette slices. 1 (12-ounce) French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
¼ cup olive oil
4 ounces HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, thinly sliced
1 (8-ounce) round Brie cheese
1 cup cranberry sauce
Garnish: Balsamic glaze and arugula leaves

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake 8 minutes or until slightly toasted.

  3. Slice brie into thin strips and place on bread.

  4. Top with prosciutto and a heaping teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

  5. Garnish with glaze and arugula leaves, if desired.
