Ingredients

 
4 slices Italian-style bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian dressing
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 slices Provolone cheese
4 slices NATURAL CHOICE® ham
30 slices NATURAL CHOICE® pepperoni
4 slices tomato
¼ cup roasted red bell pepper strips
¼ cup sliced pepperoncini

Directions

  1. Heat panini maker or stovetop panini grill according to manufacturer’s directions.

  2. Brush one side of bread slices with oil. Place bread, oil side down, on work surface.

  3. In a small bowl, mix Italian dressing and mayonnaise. Spread on bread slices on work surface.

  4. Top each bread slice with one slice cheese. Top one side of each sandwich with 2 slices ham and 15 slices pepperoni. Top the other side of each sandwich with 2 slices tomato, half the roasted red bell pepper strips, and half of the pepperoncini.

  5. Put the 2 sandwiches together.

  6. Grill sandwiches in panini maker 5-7 minutes or until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
