¼ | cup butter |
¼ | cup flour |
½ | teaspoon salt |
¼ | teaspoon dry mustard |
½ | teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
2 | cups milk |
1½ | cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1½ | cups shredded pasteurized prepared cheese product |
8 | ounces cavatappi pasta, cooked and drained |
1 | (16-ounce) container LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce, heated according to package instructions |

Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 9×9-inch baking dish, or 6 (8-ounce) ramekins.
In medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in four, salt and dry mustard. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until combined. Stir in Worcestershire and milk. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until thickened.
Stir in cheeses to melt. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked pasta. Turn into prepared baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve individual servings topped with pork. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
