• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ⅓ cup chopped pickled jalapeño
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • ½ cup LA VICTORIA® Mild Salsa
  • ½ cup HORMEL® Chunky Chili
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh tomatoes


1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
3. Sprinkle green onions and jalapeños over cream cheese.
4. Spoon beans over cream cheese and spread salsa over beans.
5. Top with chili and shredded cheese.
6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
7. Top with cilantro and fresh tomatoes.
8. Serve with sliced vegetables and tortilla chips.
