 
          Ingredients
| 1 | pound orzo, cooked according to package directions | 
| ¾ | cup lemon vinaigrette | 
| 1½ | cups chopped roasted sweet peppers | 
| 8 | ounces mozzarella cheese, preferably fresh, cut into ½-inch pieces | 
| 4 | cups chopped baby arugula leaves | 
| 2 | cups chopped radicchio | 
| ½ | cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits | 
| ½ | cup pine nuts, toasted | 
Directions
- In large bowl, combine hot orzo and vinaigrette; toss. Let stand until room temperature, stirring occasionally. Add peppers, cheese, arugula, radicchio, bacon and toasted pine nuts to orzo mixture. Toss well.
