Ingredients

 
2 large tomatoes, sliced
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
24 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni
1 tablespoon pesto
2 large yellow tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. Stack red tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni slices and teaspoon of pesto.

  2. Repeat layers using yellow tomato slices, mozzarella, pepperoni slices and teaspoon of pesto.

  3. Top with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
