Ingredients

 
2 ripened avocados, cut in half and pitted
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
2 jalapeño peppers seeded, if desired and chopped
1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
6 HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Maple Black Pepper Bacon, cooked and chopped, divided
Blue corn tortilla chips
Garnishes: bacon, cooked and chopped, tomato, seeded and chopped

Directions

  1. Scoop avocado into medium bowl.

  2. Add sour cream and lime juice. Coarsely mash with a fork until combined. Stir in onion. Add next 4 ingredients. Season with salt to taste.

  3. Garnish, if desired.

  4. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
