Sheet Pan Chili Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (15-ounce) can STAGG® SILVERADO® Chili with Beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green onions, divided
  • 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • Toppings: Pico de Gallo, sour cream and salsa verde

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine chili, cheese and 2 tablespoons green onions.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons filling on one half of tortilla. Fold tortilla and place on large rimmed baking sheet. Fill 5 more tortillas to bake 6 at a time.
  4. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Garnish with remaining green onions. Serve with desired toppings.
