Ingredients
1 | (1.5-pound) package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin |
3 | cups low-sodium chicken broth |
½ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar |
4 | garlic cloves, sliced |
1 | (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced |
2 | pieces star anise |
2 | cups baby bok choy, coarsely chopped |
3½ | ounces dried rice vermicelli noodles |
½ | cup chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions
Combine chicken broth and next 5 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Add pork, cover and cook on low 6 hours.
Remove pork and shred. Return pork to slow cooker.
Add bok choy; cover and cook 20 more minutes.
Add noodles, making sure they are submerged. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
Stir in cilantro.
