⅔ | cup water |
1 | cup frozen peas and carrots |
1 | can (6- ounce) refrigerated biscuits (5 Count), separated and each cut into fourths |
¼ | cup chopped parsley |
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat chicken and dumplings and water to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas and carrots.
Place biscuit quarters on top of boiling chicken and dumplings mixture. Reduce to a simmer; cover and cook 20 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
