Classic Turkey Meatballs are made with JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey and seasoned with HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon to create a delicious and lighter twist on traditional meatballs. With the addition of Italian-style breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and a few key seasonings, these turkey meatballs are packed with savory goodness. Whether served with pasta, in a sandwich, or as an appetizer, these turkey meatballs are sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

 
1 teaspoon HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Granules or 1 HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Cube
¼ cup hot water
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey
½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13×9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, dissolve chicken bouillon in hot water. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 24 (1½-inch) meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan.

  3. Bake, uncovered, 18 to 22 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F and is no longer pink in center.
