Classic Turkey Meatballs are made with JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey and seasoned with HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon to create a delicious and lighter twist on traditional meatballs. With the addition of Italian-style breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and a few key seasonings, these turkey meatballs are packed with savory goodness. Ingredients
1 | teaspoon HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Granules or 1 HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Cube |
¼ | cup hot water |
1 | (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey |
½ | cup Italian-style breadcrumbs |
1 | small onion, finely chopped |
1 | egg |
½ | teaspoon salt |
½ | teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
¼ | teaspoon pepper |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13×9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
In large bowl, dissolve chicken bouillon in hot water. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 24 (1½-inch) meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan.
Bake, uncovered, 18 to 22 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F and is no longer pink in center.
