Ingredients
2 | cups water |
2 | teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken or Beef Cold Water Dissolve Chicken Granulated Bouillon |
4 | tablespoons butter |
¼ | cup flour |
1 | teaspoon onion powder |
1 | teaspoon dried rosemary |
½ | teaspoon dried sage |
¼ | teaspoon dried thyme |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Dissolve bouillon into water.
In small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add flour, onion powder, rosemary, sage and thyme. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until flour is incorporated. Slowly whisk in bouillon mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, whisking, until smooth and thick, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
