Ingredients
4 | (4-to 6-ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves |
½ | teaspoon kosher salt |
1 | teaspoon dried oregano |
½ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons olive oil |
2 | garlic cloves, minced |
1 | teaspoon HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon |
1 | cup hot water |
¼ | cup fresh lemon juice |
¼ | cup softened butter |
1 | tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 7 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
In small bowl dissolve bouillon granules in hot water.
Pour bouillon mixture and lemon juice over chicken. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in butter.
Sprinkle with parsley.
