Ingredients

 
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® turkey sausage
2 quarts water
6 cubes HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Cubes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (9-ounce) package fresh cheese tortellini pasta
1 (16-ounce) package frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper), thawed

Directions

  1. In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned; drain.

  2. Add water, bouillon and garlic powder; bring to a boil.

  3. Add pasta; boil 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables.

  4. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes until vegetables and pasta are tender.
