8 strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Thick Cut Bacon
4 English muffins
4 slices Provolone cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.

  2. Cook bacon according to package directions. Split English muffins, toast and keep warm.

  3. In large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Spray 4 (6-ounce) custard cups with cooking spray. Divide egg mixture among cups and microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until set. Assemble sandwich as desired.
