Ingredients

 
1½ pounds 85% lean ground beef
1 cup HORMEL® Real Crumbled Bacon
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Red onion, sliced
4 hamburger buns, split

Directions

  1. Grease grill grate. Prepare grill for medium heat.

  2. In large bowl, combine beef, ½ cup bacon, onion and pepper. Shape into 4 (4-inch) patties.

  3. Grill patties 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, toast buns. Place patties on buns and top with bacon, sliced onion and blue cheese crumbles.
