¼ | fluid ounce almond flour |
¼ | teaspoon almond flour |
½ | cup chopped and cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon |
Breakfast Sandwich | |

4 | Bacon Chaffles |
4 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked |
4 | eggs, scrambled |
2 | slices American cheese |
Hot sauce, if desired |
Directions
For the Bacon Chaffles
Grease mini waffle maker and preheat.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Fill waffle maker with 1/4 of the mixture at a time. Cook until fully set and golden brown. Remove chaffle from waffle iron. Set aside.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
For the Breakfast Sandwich
Serve bacon in chaffles topped with cheese and eggs. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
