Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package BLACK LABEL® Rosemary Garlic Bacon, chopped
8 ounces spaghetti
Salt
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Salt generously. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.

  2. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisply cooked. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon. Remove all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat from skillet.

  3. Add butter to melt. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add reserved pasta water and cream cheese to the skillet. Cook, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in Parmesan. Add cooked pasta to skillet. Toss well to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with parsley.
