Ingredients

 
1 (16-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Bacon
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup milk chocolate flavored melting wafers, melted
1 cup white vanilla flavored melting wafers, melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Line 2 large, rimmed baking sheets with foil.

  3. Fold each slice of bacon in half. Place on prepared sheets. Shape each folded piece into a football, securing pointed ends with toothpicks. Sprinkle each football shape with brown sugar.

  4. Place a layer of foil over the formed footballs. Weigh down with another baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.

  5. Remove baking sheet and top foil. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Remove to a foil lined work surface to cool.

  6. Brush each with melted chocolate. Decorate each with white laces.
