Ingredients
| 1 | package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked according to package directions, torn into smaller pieces |
| ⅜ | cup shredded carrot |
| ½ | English cucumber, sliced |
| 2 | small vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered |
| 8 | slices red onion |
| ½ | cup finely shredded red cabbage |
| Ranch dressing, to serve |
Directions
Arrange bacon, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and cabbage on serving plates. Serve with dressing. Serves 4.
